Due to continued growth, we're looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Showroom Consultant to join our team in our new Singleton showroom.
About the Role
Singleton, NSW
Working alongside our experienced Sales Consultant, you'll provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to help ensure a smooth showroom experience. You'll greet customers, assist with product selections, process orders and help keep projects moving, while learning more about the kitchen and joinery industry.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organised and has an interest in interiors and design.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and creating a welcoming showroom experience.
- Supporting our Sales Consultants with day-to-day showroom activities.
- Assisting customers with product selections, colours, finishes and hardware.
- Processing purchase orders and completing general administrative tasks.
- Following up customer enquiries and supplier orders.
- Liaising with suppliers and our internal team to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Maintaining the presentation of the showroom.
- Providing exceptional customer service at every stage of the customer journey
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for design and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Experience in a customer service, retail sales or showroom consultant role.
- Previous experience in the kitchen and cabinetry (highly regarded).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A good eye for colour, design and detail.
- Excellent organisational and administration skills.
- Confidence using computer systems and learning new software.
- The ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a supportive team.
