We’re partnering with a well-established organisation to find an experiencedSAP SuccessFactors Systems Administratorwho can confidently manage BAU administration while also leading enhancements, release activity, and problem-solving across the business. You’ll sit at the centre of HR tech - working closely with HR, Payroll, IT and external partners to ensure the platform performs at its best.

About the role:

- Own the day-to-day administration ofSAP SuccessFactors Employee CentralandRecruiting
- Configure and maintainbusiness rules, workflows, MDF objects, data modelsandRole-Based Permissions (RBP)
- Plan and deliverbiannual releasesincluding impact assessment, stakeholder comms, regression testing and deployment
- Monitor and upliftsystem health, performance and data integrity
- Troubleshoot complex issues and act as the escalation point for BAU incidents and platform defects
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT and external SAP/implementation vendors to deliver enhancements and best practice outcomes
- Maintain governance, documentation, controls and continuous improvement cadence

About you:

- Strong hands-on experience administeringSAP SuccessFactorsin a production environment
- Deep experience withEmployee Central(essential)
- Demonstrated support ofSuccessFactors Recruiting
- Confident withRBP, MDF, workflows, business rulesand configuration-driven problem solving
- Experience supporting amajor upgrade, release cycle, or implementation(highly regarded)
- Strong stakeholder management—able to translate technical detail into practical business outcomes
- SuccessFactors certifications highly regarded
- Exposure toEmployee Central Payroll (ECP)is highly regarded
