General Manager

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented General Manager to lead business operations, drive growth initiatives, and oversee organizational performance. This role is ideal for an accomplished leader with strong business acumen, operational expertise, and the ability to develop and execute strategies that deliver sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company vision, goals, and growth objectives.
- Oversee daily business operations, ensuring operational efficiency, profitability, and sustainable performance.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams including Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Business Development.
- Establish business goals, performance metrics, and strategic initiatives to drive organizational success.
- Analyze financial performance, operational KPIs, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Drive revenue growth through business development, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, cost management, and financial performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Build a high-performance culture through effective leadership, coaching, and talent development.




- Provide strategic recommendations and business updates to executive leadership.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree is an advantage.
- Proven experience in general management, business operations, corporate strategy, or executive leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of business development, financial management, operational planning, and organizational growth.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and deliver measurable business results.
- Excellent strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing budgets, P&L; performance, and business performance metrics.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-oriented workplace.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire teams and drive organizational change.
- Experience with digital transformation, automation, and AI-powered business tools is an advantage.
