Queensland Department of Youth Justice and Victim Support – Cairns QLD is seeking a senior leader to supervise staff in evidence-based practice, oversee risk assessment and restorative interventions, and coordinate program delivery in a youth justice setting.

You will provide strategic direction, align services with departmental objectives, and foster team-oriented relationships with stakeholders to improve outcomes for young people who offend.
