About St Mary MacKillop College
St Mary MacKillop College is Canberra’s largest secondary school, operating across two campuses. Years 7 to 9 are based on the Padua Campus (Wanniassa) and Years 10 to 12 are based on the St Peter’s Campus (Isabella Plains). About the Role
The Inclusive Education Teacher supports classroom teachers in meeting the diverse needs of students across the College, working alongside the Inclusive Education Coordinators and a team of Classroom Support Assistants. This role is required to have strong pedagogical expertise in Inclusive Education, differentiating instruction to challenge and engage students of all abilities,
while building relationships of trust and respect and using student learning data to maximise growth for every learner. You will be a collaborative team player with excellent written communication and organisational skills, a genuine commitment to ongoing professional learning, and a passion for fostering an inclusive environment for students and staff alike. The Inclusive Education Teacher will also teach within a curriculum area reflecting their own subject expertise.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Education/Teaching or Master of Teaching
- ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) clearance
- ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) registration
- Accreditation in accordance with Work Teach and Lead in Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn policy
