YMCA Queensland is seeking an enthusiastic Educational Leader to join our Springfield Lakes Outside School Hours Care team on a permanent part-time basis. You’ll shape engaging programs for children, guide a team of educators, and ensure every child feels safe, supported and included.
Under the leadership of the Children’s Services team, you’ll champion play-based learning, build robust partnerships with families and schools, and maintain high standards of care and compliance.
