About The Role

We're seeking a Centre Administrator to join our close-knit team at our Bathurst Early Learning Centre. This Permanent Part-Time role offers 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday 9:00am -3:00pm)

As the welcoming face of our community-based centre, you'll provide outstanding customer service and administrative support to children, families and staff. You'll manage enrolments and family accounts, maintain accurate records and reporting, coordinate centre resources and supplies, and work closely with the Centre Director to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the service. You'll build meaningful relationships with families and play an significant role in creating a warm, connected and welcoming environment where your personality can truly shine.

This will include:

- Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with children, families and staff
- Manage enrolments, family accounts, invoicing, records and reporting
- Coordinate enquiries, centre tours and onboarding for new families
- Maintain accurate databases, documentation and administrative systems
- Support centre operations through resource coordination, communications and administrative assistance

About You

You will have experience and skills in the following:

- Previous administration experience desirably, can be in a childcare or community setting
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a relationship-focused approach
- High attention to detail, accuracy and confidence working with data, records and financial processes
- Proficient computer skills, with experience using childcare management systems and knowledge of CCS highly regarded
