ReillyScott is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to own the end-to-end recruitment for niche engineering and defence-adjacent roles. This is a genuine part time position (0.8 FTE) with the autonomy to shape the function, working from Winston Hills and partnering closely with line managers.
You will build in-house processes, support low-volume, high-complexity searches, and help scale the approach as the business grows into the US market.
