About the Opportunity

We have immediate opportunities for Support Workers to join our team in Caboolture . If you're passionate about providing truly quality, individualised support, this is your chance.

We’re looking for staff with the right values to enrich the lives of our clients. We need committed staff who have flexible availability, including a willingness to work a variety of hours, such as mornings, afternoons, weekends and overnight shifts.

Due to the participant's background, only Female Support Workers are required for this position. Thisis recognised as a genuine discrimination exemption andoccupation qualification, and is authorised under (Part 4, Division 2, Subdivision 2, Section 26 (Residential domestic services) of the QUEENSLAND Anti-Discrimination Act 1991).

About You

In addition to our values, our support staff requiremandatory compliance:





12+ months experience as a Disability Support Worker highly desirable but not essential.

Experience with behaviour management is highly desirable but not essential.

Experience with restrictive practices.

Relevant qualification (minimum Certificate III in Disability or related industry OR willingness to enrol prior to commencement.

Driver’s Licence & Car with Comprehensive Insurance.

NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.

Manual Handling Certificate or willing to obtain (we can provide training)

Medication Administration Certificate or willing to obtain (we can provide training)

Flexible availability & commitment to an ongoing roster of support.
