Weigh Auto Group is seeking a Service Call Centre Receptionist to join our dynamic customer service team in Rockhampton, QLD. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring smooth operations across our service department. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling service appointments, and providing outstanding support that reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction. This role is essential to helping our customers navigate their service requirements with ease.

Key responsibilities

Answer and manage incoming telephone calls in a qualified and courteous manner, directing customers to the appropriate departments or team members

Schedule and confirm service appointments, ensuring accurate booking details and customer information is recorded

Provide customers with information regarding service offerings, pricing, and appointment availability

Update and maintain customer records and appointment schedules using our call centre management system





Coordinate with service technicians and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery

Handle administrative tasks including data entry, scanning, and documentation

Respond to customer emails and written enquiries in a timely manner

Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues during busy periods

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional telephone manner

Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and call centre management software

A customer-focused mindset with genuine enthusiasm for providing high-quality service

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Competent numeracy and literacy skills

Experience in the automotive industry or service sector is advantageous
