About the Role

As a Claims Coordinator, you’ll be the glue that holds our projects together. Your role is essential in ensuring a smooth and seamless claims process for our clients.





Your key responsibilities include:

- Registering and managing insurance claims in software systems
- Communicating with clients, trades, and contractors
- Organising quotes, documentation, and appointments
- Assist with the scheduling of inspections and repairs
- Support teams across Construction, Restorations & Finance
- Solve challenges and improve processes day-to-day

What You’ll Bring

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

- A background in administration or coordination
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in insurance, building, or restoration is a bonus
- Familiarity with Prime Ecosystem = extra points
