Who are we looking for?We’re looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to identify, develop and secure new opportunities across the Commercial and Industrial sector. In this full-time role, based in either Brisbane or the Gold Coast, you’ll manage a high-value sales pipeline, build long-term client relationships and collaborate with the CEO and delivery team to develop robust proposals and commercially sound solutions across NRG-ONE’s energy services, including energy procurement, solar and storage, electrification, energy transition EPC and Econoliser solutions. What you’ll bringProven experience in business development, sales or key account management, ideally selling integrated B2B energy solutionsStrong network within the Commercial and Industrial sector, with the ability to build executive-level relationshipsProven track record of generating new business,



growing revenue and converting client needs into commercial outcomesExceptional relationship-building, stakeholder engagement and communication skillsConsultative approach to solutions-based selling, supported by strong commercial acumen and negotiation skillsExperience or understanding across energy procurement, solar, batteries, electrification, energy efficiency, EPC or Energy-as-a-Service solutions will be highly regardedExisting relationships with facility managers, property owners, industrial operators, manufacturers, corporate energy users, energy retailers, or engineering and energy consultants will be advantageousElectrical trade or engineering qualifications, with technical sales experience, will be viewed favourablySelf-motivated and results-driven, with a current C Class Driver License
