As the first face and voice of our business, you will create lasting first impressions while gaining valuable hands‑on experience across both our Property Management and Sales departments. This is much more than a reception role. It is an opportunity to build a long‑term career with one of Australia’s most recognised real estate brands.

The Opportunity

No two days are the same in this role. You will be the friendly face welcoming clients into our office while ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting clients, landlords, tenants and visitors with a warm and professional approach

- Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team member

- Assisting our Property Management and Sales teams with daily administration

- Preparing documents, rental information packs and office materials

- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

- Coordinating the sign‑in and sign‑out of office and property keys

- Maintaining a professional, organised and welcoming reception area

- Ordering office supplies and assisting with general office organisation

- Providing administration support across the wider team

- Delivering exceptional customer service in every interaction

About You





We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn.

You will be someone who:

- Has a friendly, confident and positive personality

- Enjoys working with people and providing exceptional customer service

- Presents professionally and communicates confidently

- Is organised and enjoys keeping things running efficiently

- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Is motivated to learn, grow and take on new challenges

- Can prioritise tasks and work effectively in a busy environment

- Has excellent attention to detail

- Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in producing quality work

- Holds a current driver’s licence or is working towards obtaining one

Previous experience in reception, administration or customer service is an advantage, but it is not essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
