Opal HealthCare is seeking a creative and compassionate Wellbeing Manager to lead our Meaningful Life program and enrich the lives of our residents at Berrinba Greens Care Community. This permanent full time role runs Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with an attractive hourly rate plus 12% superannuation.

You will develop engagement plans, coach care teams, and collaborate with clinical staff to support mobility and quality of life.
