At Flynn Group ANZ, we proudly operate leading QSR brands including Pizza Hut Australia and Wendy's ANZ. As we continue to grow, we're looking for Field Trainers to support our expanding Wendy's network.

Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, you will help build the skills, confidence, and consistency of our restaurant teams, ensuring every customer receives the Wendy's experience.

This is a full-time role based in Brisbane, QLD or Melbourne, VIC. Regular travel between restaurants is required, so access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license is essential.

What You'll Do

- Deliver hands-on training, onboarding and certifications to build crew capability and performance.
- Coach and develop team members and restaurant leaders to create strong in-store training practices.
- Uphold Wendy's standards in customer service, food safety, WHS, quality and operations.
- Lead training and team readiness for new restaurant openings.
- Maintain training records, monitor progress and identify development opportunities.
- Partner with restaurant leaders across your region, travelling between locations to provide training and support.

What You'll Bring

- Experience in QSR or food service operations; training or multi-site experience is highly regarded.




- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety and customer service standards.
- Demonstrated coaching and training skills.
- Solid planning, organisation and communication skills.
- Experience using LMS and workforce management platforms (Tanda experience desirable).
- Ability to build positive relationships and influence at all levels.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
