This creates opportunities to build relationships across multiple industries including commercial property, construction,



real estate, strata, government, developers and professional service providers.

About the Role

You'll be out building relationships, creating opportunities and becoming the face of our business.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Attending networking groups, business events and industry functions.

- Building relationships with commercial property owners, strata managers, builders, facility managers, developers and business owners.

- Prospecting new clients and referral partners.

- Cold calling, emailing and following up prospective clients.

- Visiting commercial businesses and introducing our services.

- Identifying tender opportunities and assisting with tender submissions.

- Working with our team to develop marketing and business development strategies.

- Maintaining our CRM and following up opportunities.

- Helping grow our brand within the commercial painting industry.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

- Loves meeting new people and building genuine relationships.

- Has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Is confident speaking with business owners, decision makers and tradespeople.

- Can comfortably network in professional environments.





- Is self-motivated and enjoys creating opportunities from scratch.

- Is organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.

- Is professional, reliable and presents well.

- Holds a current driver’s licence and has reliable transport.

- Has previous experience in business development, sales, account management or networking (preferred but not essential).

Experience within commercial construction, painting, property, real estate or trade services would be highly regarded, however we're more interested in finding the right personality than the perfect resume.
