You’ll be supported by established Property Management and Sales teams while focusing on what you do best—building relationships, conducting rental appraisals and securing new managements.

The opportunity This is a dedicated BDM position for someone who enjoys being visible in the local market and generating opportunities through consistent prospecting, networking and relationship-building.
You will:

- Generate new property management business through prospecting, referrals, networking and marketing initiatives
- Conduct rental appraisals and convert opportunities into signed management agreements
- Build relationships with landlords, investors, developers and referral partners
- Follow up investor leads and appraisal enquiries promptly
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the rent roll
- Work closely with the Sales and Property Management teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report on business development activity
- Represent the agency professionally at local events and within the community

About you

You may already be an experienced Property Management BDM, or you could be a strong real estate prospector ready to move into a dedicated business development position.
You will ideally have:

- Experience in real estate sales, property management, leasing or business development
- Confidence with cold calling, database prospecting and face-to-face networking
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills
- The ability to conduct or quickly learn rental appraisals
- A proactive, self-generated approach to new business
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong CRM and pipeline-management habits
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration or real estate licence
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
