About the Role

You'll be an important part of our warehouse and manufacturing team, helping produce and deliver quality products safely and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Support production, warehouse and dispatch activities to ensure production schedules and customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Pick, pack, dispatch and move stock accurately while maintaining inventory integrity through careful handling and accurate stock transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organised, safe and compliant work environment, including basic operator maintenance and housekeeping of equipment.
- Work collaboratively with production, customer service, transport providers and other team members to achieve operational objectives.
- Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, efficiency and customer service.
- Complete all required training and operate in accordance with company policies, procedures and safe work practices.
- Carry out other reasonable duties consistent with the position and operational requirements.
- As your skills develop, you'll receive training across different areas, providing opportunities to become a multi-skilled operator and progress into specialised production or team leadership roles.

About You





We're looking for someone who preferably has a forklift licence, and:

- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic, Is reliable, punctual and committed
- Enjoys practical, hands-on work, Takes pride in producing quality work
- Works well in a team environment, Is committed to working safely
- Is eager to learn and develop current skills
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing or production is an advantage, but it's not essential. We value attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn above all else.
