What you'll be doing

Manage all aspects of the development lifecycle for the project, including feasibility assessments, planning approvals, design coordination, construction oversight and project handover

Liaise with internal stakeholders, local authorities, contractors and consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Prepare detailed financial and reporting documentation to track project progress and inform strategic decisions

Identify and address risks, issues and opportunities that arise during the development process

Provide leadership and guidance to the Verso team to foster a cooperative and high-performing culture

Oversee the leasing and strategic planning of the project.

What we're looking for

Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as Property, Construction Management or Engineering

Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar development management role, preferably within residential,



retail or commercial property sector

Proven track record in successfully delivering complex, multi-stakeholder development projects

Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities

Innovative problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously

Thorough understanding of the property development process, including planning, design, construction and asset management
