- Monday-Friday hours (8:30am - 4:15pm)
What You'll Be Doing
- Outbound calls following up on outstanding animal-related charges
- Handling sensitive conversations with professionalism and confidence
- Updating systems and recording outcomes accurately
- Working through a high volume of calls in a structured environment
What You'll Bring
- Strong phone confidence and communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult conversations calmly
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Resilient, reliable, and able to stay on task
- Call centre / customer service experience highly regarded
