The Role

We need an experienced HSE Coordinator to keep safety front and centre on our Narrabeen Sports Track project. You'll be on-site four days a week, working closely with the project team to make sure everything runs safely and without drama.

What You'll Do

- Lead day-to-day HSE coordination across the project site
- Manage safety documentation and reporting through Hammertech
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks
- Support incident investigations and corrective actions




- Keep the project aligned with relevant WHS legislation and standards
- Liaise with subcontractors, site management, and clients on safety matters

What You'll Bring

- Minimum 5 years' experience in an HSE role, with a background in civil, built, or major infrastructure construction
- Proficiency in Hammertech is essential
- Strong working knowledge of WHS legislation and industry standards
- Relevant HSE qualifications (Cert IV in WHS or equivalent)
- Solid communication skills and the confidence to hold the line on safety
- A proactive, no-nonsense approach to site safety culture
