We're looking for a passionate and professional Sales Consultant to join our Darby Street boutique. Whether you're looking for part-time or full-time work, we're seeking someone who loves connecting with people, enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences and wants to be part of a close-knit, supportive team.

Jewellery experience is an advantage, but it isn't essential. If you're passionate about luxury retail, styling, or customer service, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

What you'll do

- Deliver exceptional customer experiences from the moment clients walk through the door.

- Guide clients through engagement rings, wedding rings, bespoke jewellery and fine jewellery.

- Build lasting relationships with clients and become part of some of their most important milestones.

- Maintain the presentation and luxury feel of our boutique.





- Work collaboratively with our experienced team to deliver the highest standard of service.

- Continue learning about diamonds, gemstones, jewellery craftsmanship and design.

What we're looking for

- A genuine passion for helping people.

- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

- A polished, professional presentation.

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Experience in retail, luxury sales, or customer service is highly regarded.

- Availability to work every Saturday.
