The Job
We are hiring a dual-role Bartender and OLGR Licensed Adult Entertainment Controller (We will help you get this license)
On any given shift, you will be running a rapid-paced bar while simultaneously monitoring the floor, protecting performers, maintaining RSA standards, and keeping the venue compliant. This is a high-volume, late-night adult venue.
Key Responsibilities
- Rapid, high-volume drink service and bar upkeep.
- Strict enforcement of RSA, OLGR licensing rules, and performer safety.
Requirements
- QLD Approved Controller License (or ability to obtain one and we will foot the bill for it).
- Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment.
- Full availability for late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Unrestricted Australian work rights (Citizen or PR).
