Job Summary

Design, implement, administer, and optimize cloud infrastructure solutions that support secure, scalable, and reliable enterprise technology environments.

- Manage cloud platforms, virtualized infrastructure, security controls, and operational services to ensure high availability, performance, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, and business teams to support cloud adoption, operational excellence, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

- Design, deploy, configure, administer, and maintain Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
- Manage and support cloud resources including virtual machines, storage services, virtual networks, identity services, and platform components across cloud environments.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure, system performance, availability, backups, and operational health, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize service disruption.
- Implement and maintain cloud security controls, identity and access management policies, security monitoring solutions, and compliance frameworks using Azure-native security services and Microsoft security platforms.
- Administer and support Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, and related governance, security, and compliance technologies to strengthen enterprise cloud security posture.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud, server, infrastructure, networking, and platform-related incidents, performing root-cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.




- Support cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, deployment automation, and DevOps initiatives, including infrastructure provisioning and configuration management activities.
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, technical standards, procedures, reports, and knowledge assets while coordinating with internal stakeholders, vendors, and project teams.

Skill & Experience

Specific Skills, Qualifications, and Experience required for the Position

- 4-6 years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Cloud Operations, Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Administration, or related technology disciplines supporting enterprise environments.
- Robust hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services including Azure Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Network Security Groups, Storage Accounts, Azure Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure administration.
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring, cloud operations, backup and disaster recovery, security implementation, performance optimization, and operational support processes.
- Good knowledge of Windows Server administration and foundational Linux administration, including troubleshooting, patch management, system maintenance, and security hardening activities.
- Experience with DevOps tools and practices including Azure DevOps, Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, PowerShell scripting, automation, and infrastructure deployment processes.
- Understanding of networking technologies, virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware, cloud security principles, Infrastructure as Code concepts, and Terraform-based automation approaches.
