We're partnering with a highly regarded architectural builder delivering some of Sydney's most impressive custom homes throughout the Inner West and Lower North Shore.

With a strong pipeline of projects across Sydney's Inner West and Lower North Shore, this is an prospect to join a builder with long-term stability and a reputation for quality craftsmanship.

The Role

This is a hands-on Site Manager / Foreman position suited to a carpenter who enjoys remaining close to the build while taking ownership of project delivery from commencement through to handover.

Depending on project size, the split between tools and management will vary:

- Projects around the $1.5M mark will typically involve approximately 70% on the tools and 30% site management.
- Larger projects up to $3.5M will transition to around 40% on the tools and 60% management responsibilities.
- Each Site Manager is supported by a Leading Hand and Offsider on site.

What We're Looking For

- Qualified Carpenter with 5-10 years' experience in residential construction.




- Previous experience delivering at least 1-2 completed architectural homes from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of finishes, detailing and the quality expectations associated with bespoke residential projects.
- Professional presentation with excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, consultants and trades.
- Someone invested in their career and genuinely passionate about craftsmanship and delivering exceptional homes.
