The Chance

You’ll work closely with the Partners, but you’ll also have the autonomy to make this role your own.

Your Responsibilities

- Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of business clients.

- Become the trusted adviser clients rely on for strategic and commercial advice.

- Lead client meetings and confidently present solutions to complex business issues.

- Coach, mentor and develop a team of accountants, creating future leaders.

- Review work and maintain exceptional technical standards.





- Identify advisory opportunities and proactively help clients improve performance.

- Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes and client service.

- Contribute to the strategic direction and future growth of the firm.

What You'll Bring

- CA or CPA qualification.

- Minimum 10 years' experience within a Chartered Accounting environment.

- Strong technical knowledge across income tax, GST and business structures.

- Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and leading advisory discussions.

- Proven leadership experience developing and mentoring professional staff.

- Excellent commercial judgement and problem-solving ability.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
