We are seeking passionate Certificate III Qualified Educators to join our Early Learning Centres across Belconnen, Gungahlin, Holt, Holder, Jamison, Strathnairn & Kambah on a casual basis.

As part of our inclusive and values-driven team, you will work in Reggio Emilia-inspired learning environments where children are recognised as capable, confident learners. Our educators create engaging, play-based experiences that foster curiosity, creativity and a strong sense of belonging, while building meaningful partnerships with families and the wider community.

Qualifications and Experience

What You’ll Bring:

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification. (Mandatory)
- Availability between 7:00am–6:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Solid experience in the early childhood sector




- Strong communication skills and sound knowledge of EYLF & NQF
- Do Food Safely certificate, or willingness to obtain.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain.
- Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification, or willingness to obtain.
- Foundations of Child Safety Training or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
- ACT Government - Keeping Children and Young People Secure training or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
- Current ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration (mandatory)

Pre-employment checks include:

- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
- International Police Check – If applicable
- Two Verbal reference checks - At least one referee must be your manager or supervisor from your most recent role
- Candidates must have the legal right to work in Australia without sponsorship.
