Think-Water is seeking an experienced Franchise Support Manager to lead franchise operations across Queensland and NSW, driving performance and profitability. You will partner with franchisees as a brand ambassador, aligning with systems and standards while coaching and guiding the network.
You will oversee training programs, supplier partnerships, and the training calendar, enabling capability development and network performance across the Australian and Recent Zealand franchise network.
