The Role Reporting to the Team Leader,you will work in a supportive team to deliver client-centred management, build and maintain professional relationships to provide 1:1 consultancy work.

Rehabilitation Case Management to negotiate positive outcomes

Completing discipline Specific Single Service Assessments such as Worksite Assessments, Functional assessments, Pre-Employment Screens, Ergonomic Assessments or Vocational Assessments.

Facilitating worker independence as they return to work

Developing return to work plans in consultation with key stakeholders.

This role is based at our Canberra office in Lyneham, ACT. Some periodic regional travel may be required.

EssentialQualifications, Skills & Experience

AHPRA Registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist,



or ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist

ValidAustralian Driver’s License

Excellent written + report writing abilities and verbal communication skills
