Refrigeration Technician / Air Conditioning Mechanic

The role
A hands-on role across a mix of split systems, ducted air conditioning and commercial refrigeration, so no two days are the same. You'll be:
- Installing split system and ducted air conditioners
- Fault-finding and diagnostics on residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Servicing, maintenance and deep cleans of air conditioning units
- Working on commercial refrigeration cool rooms, freezers and the like
- Identifying issues quickly and providing effective solutions
- Communicating clearly with clients and maintaining high service standards
- Completing job documentation via mobile systems
What you'll need
- Qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician - essential
- ARCtick refrigerant handling licence - essential
- Experience with split systems and ducted air conditioning
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Experience with commercial refrigeration systems (highly regarded)
- Restricted electrical licence (bonus, not essential)
- Current driver's licence
- Strong work ethic, pride in workmanship, and the ability to work solo or in a team
