Client Service Officer

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Client Service Officer to join our friendly Maroochydore team. This role is available as either a full-time position or a permanent part-time arrangement for the right candidate.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in an organised environment, and wants to play an important role in delivering an exceptional client experience.

As a valued member of our team, you’ll provide essential support to our financial advisers and help ensure our clients receive professional, timely, and personalised service.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing, updating, and maintaining accurate client documentation and records across our online systems
- Coordinating client appointments and supporting the smooth running of daily operations
- Managing client communications via phone and email with professionalism and care
- Assisting with advice preparation and implementation processes
- Supporting our advisers and contributing to a collaborative, positive team environment

About You

You’re an organised, reliable,



and people-focused professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You enjoy being part of a supportive team and are someone who looks for ways to make a positive contribution.

Ideally, you will bring:

- 2+ years’ experience in administration, financial services, or a similar client-focused environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to step in and support where needed
- Confidence learning new systems and processes
- A genuine desire to provide outstanding service to clients and colleagues
