This is far more than a recruitment role.

Working alongside our Head of People & Culture, you'll gain exposure to the full employee lifecycle while playing a key role in attracting, supporting and developing our people. From recruitment and onboarding through to traineeships, HR systems, workforce reporting and workers compensation, no two days are the same.

About the Role

As our People & Culture Advisor, you'll become a trusted support to our Centre Leaders and leadership team, helping deliver exceptional people experiences across our growing network of early learning centres.

You'll have the opportunity to work across:

- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Child-safe recruitment and compliance
- Candidate care and employer branding
- Onboarding and employee lifecycle administration
- Administration and HR systems
- Workforce reporting and people analytics
- Traineeship coordination and government funding administration
- Workers Compensation and Return to Work coordination
- HR compliance and employee record management
- Supporting key People & Culture projects and initiatives

You'll work closely with leaders across the business and be exposed to all aspects of a contemporary People & Culture function.

About You

You'll be someone who:

- Has qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
- Has experience in recruitment, HR administration or people support.
- Loves organising people, processes and projects.
- Enjoys building relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
- Has excellent attention to detail and thrives on accuracy.
- Is confident using technology and enjoys improving systems and processes.
- Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Wants to build a long-term career in Human Resources and People & Culture.

Experience with Employment Hero, recruitment, workers compensation or traineeships will be highly regarded, but we're equally interested in someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
