At Sara Lee, we're growing and investing in our future. As demand for our iconic products continues to increase, we're looking for a reliable and organised Ingredient Dispatcher to join our Manufacturing team on the morning shift.

This is a hands-on role that plays a critical part in keeping our production lines running efficiently by ensuring ingredients are accurately prepared and delivered to our Mixing team.

About the Role

Working a 9-day fortnight (6:00am – 3:00pm), you will be responsible for the preparation, coordination and dispatch of ingredients to support daily production schedules. You'll work closely with our warehouse and production teams to ensure ingredients are available when needed while maintaining inventory accuracy and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and dispatch ingredients to the Mixing floor in line with production schedules.
- Process inventory transactions and maintain accurate records using Microsoft D365.
- Perform stock rotation and assist with stocktakes.
- Operate a forklift safely to move ingredients and materials.
- Complete manual handling tasks, including hand stacking pallets.




- Respond to changing production priorities and urgent requests.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, quality and housekeeping.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- A current Forklift Licence.
- Experience using Microsoft D365 or a similar ERP system.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with stock control, stock rotation and stocktakes.
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing or food handling environment (preferred).
- The ability to work independently and take ownership of your work.
- A versatile approach and the ability to adapt to changing production requirements.
- The physical capability to perform manual handling tasks.
