Timber Manufacturing – We are a trusted manufacturer of high-quality surveyor stakes and pegs, supplying customers nationally. Our reputation is built on quality craftsmanship, reliability and competitive delivery.

Packaging & Reworking Services – We provide contract packaging, assembly, labelling and reworking solutions for commercial clients, delivering flexible, quality-focused services tailored to customer needs.

Grounds & Maintenance Services – Our experienced team delivers professional lawn mowing, gardening and property maintenance services for residential, commercial and community clients, with a strong focus on reliability, quality and customer service.

We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Coordinator to drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships and help expand our commercial operations. About the Role

As our Sales Coordinator, you'll be responsible for growing DARE Industries by identifying new business opportunities,



managing customer relationships and coordinating the sales process from initial enquiry through to successful delivery.

Working closely with our production and operations teams, you'll ensure customers receive exceptional service while helping create sustainable employment opportunities for people with disability.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and secure new business opportunities across commercial, government, community and not-for-profit sectors.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage long‑term partnerships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Prepare quotations, pricing proposals and tender submissions.
- Manage key customer accounts and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Coordinate customer orders from enquiry through to production and delivery.
- Work collaboratively with production teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.
- Represent DARE Industries at networking events, trade shows and community forums.
- Support marketing initiatives and develop strategic partnerships that grow the business.

About You

You are a motivated sales professional who enjoys developing new business while building trusted, long‑term customer relationships. You have excellent communication skills, enjoy working collaboratively and are driven to achieve results.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:





- Demonstrated experience in sales, business development or account management.
- Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience preparing quotations, proposals and tender submissions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A current NSW Driver Licence.

It would be advantageous if you have:

- Qualifications in Business, Sales, Marketing or Leadership.
- Experience in manufacturing, timber, packaging or industrial services.
- Knowledge of tender preparation and contract management.
- Experience working within the disability, social enterprise or not-for-profit sectors.
- Experience using Sage software.
