Now looking to enter their next phase of growth, they are searching for an experienced Business Development Manager to join them and lead the team to a new level of success!

Your Duties

Upon joining this incredible team, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Generate new management leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound activity
- Convert appraisals into signed managements with confident, value-driven presentations
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with landlords and investors to drive long-term growth
- Maintain a consistent pipeline through strategic follow-up and CRM tracking
- Collaborate with the PM team to ensure seamless onboarding of new properties




- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stayonestep ahead and identify current opportunities

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven experience in a Business Development Manager role or generating new rental listings within the real estate industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude and hunger for results
- Able to build genuine relationships with landlords and clients
- Strong understanding of the local rental market and current industry trends
