Position Summary

- Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to guests and exceeding their expectations.
- Answer guest questions regarding all beverage related items including but not limited to origin, vintage and style of various wines.
- Serve and connect with guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience.
- Understand guest requirements, delivering service excellence with each guest experience.
- Assist with bar operational tasks if required.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests, exhibiting legendary service and enabling future bookings.
- Greet and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Polish cutlery and other items to maintain cleanliness and quality.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, and report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- Ensure prompt, accurate service with high standards of presentation.
- Collaborate with kitchen, bar, housekeeping, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Take and process food and beverage orders, offer recommendations, and address guest inquiries or concerns.

- Up-to-date Victorian RSA.
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Wine knowledge.
- Ability to prepare essential cocktails.
- Working rights in Australia.
- Proficient in English and confident in delivering storylines to guests.
