The Position

Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for driving a proactive safety culture across this landmark $130M development.

Rather than simply enforcing compliance,



you'll work closely with Site Managers, subcontractors and consultants to ensure safety is embedded throughout every stage of the project.

Responsibilities

- Daily site inspections and audits

- Site inductions and toolbox talks

- Review and monitor SWMS

- Manage subcontractor compliance

- Incident investigations and reporting

- WHS documentation and statutory compliance

- Coach and mentor site teams on best practice safety

- Promote a positive and proactive safety culture

Skills & Experience

- Tertiary qualification in WHSE

- Previous experience on commercial or residential projects over $50M

- Strong understanding of NSW WHSE legislation

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Ability to influence subcontractors and site teams

- Professional presentation and strong organisational skills
