About the Role

As a Mobile Service Technician, you will provide on site service to a wide range of customers across the Macarthur region. Working from a fully equipped service vehicle, you will provide our customers with professional and quality products and service. As a successful candidate, you would be required to be available for overtime, as well as participate in an on call roster.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend customer breakdowns and service calls.
- Diagnose and replace hydraulic hoses and fittings.
- Assemble hydraulic hose products to specification.
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections.




- Maintain accurate service records and stock control.
- Provide the highest quality workmanship and technical support.
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures.

Skills and Experience

- Experience in hydraulics, diesel fitting, plant / automotive mechanics or related industry preferred.
- Robust problem solving skills and excellent attention to detail essential.
- Ability to work independently, with a strong focus on time management.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to participate in an on-call roster.
