PERSOL is engaged to support a federal client in Canberra with a Lead Workforce Planner/Strategic Talent Advisor role. The position is an EL2 contract equivalent, ASAP start through 30 June 2027 with two 6-month extension options, requiring Baseline AGSVA clearance.

You will develop recruitment and retention strategies for labour hire, manage contract discussions, and build stakeholder relationships across internal teams and external vendors to drive performance and talent identification.
