Property is our bread and butter. Branding and marketing campaigns for residential and commercial developers, from a brochure for a $25m penthouse to a full project rollout for an apartment building or masterplanned community.

We move fast, we’re passionate about the work, and because of that, many of our clients have been with us for over a decade.

The role

You’ll run the digital side of our projects. 90% paid and 10% organic, mostly Meta and Google, with a heavy lead-gen focus. You’ll work alongside James - the Founder & MD - for strategy, a Project Manager who handles the client relationships, a junior specialist who does the implementation, a copywriter, and a great team of designers. Your job is knowing enough about all of it to strategise and direct properly.

We’re after someone who loves Socials and is always thinking one step ahead. We are managing many campaigns so, you’ll be switching between projects all day. You need to be quick, organised and have a lot of common sense.

What we’re looking for:





- At least 3 years in digital marketing, agency preferred
- Lead-gen campaigns you’ve built and run
- Sharp instinct for what works on social
- Campaign strategy, implementation, reporting, and analysis
- Meta and Google Ads
- Audience building, retargeting
- Tracking implementation (GA4, Meta pixels, CAPI, GTM)
- Paid and organic
- Solid understanding of AI for process optimisation
- Social scheduling tools (Metricool, Hootsuite)
- Comfortable with Slack, Monday, Zapier
- Basic WordPress understanding
- Basic Claude Code
- Organised and proactive
- Common sense
- Curious - Brings ideas rather than waiting for a brief
