The Mission: What You’ll Do

Your day-to-day will look like:

- Vegetation Management: Executing high-standard tree work—via EWP, ground ops or climbing—to clear canopy challenges safely and efficiently.

- Powerline Protection: Performing expert pruning and vegetation removal to keep vital powerline corridors explicit and operational.

- Precision in the Zone: Working safely and confidently within quick-paced roadside environments and regulated electrical corridors.

- Setting the Standard: Executing tree surgery and clearing work that perfectly aligns with top-tier utility specifications and industry standards.

- Crew Synergy: Teaming up with crew leaders, ground staff and operators to crush daily vegetation management goals together.

- Safety Champion: Living and breathing our Safe Systems of Work, ensuring risk controls are always locked down on-site.

- Gear & Equipment Mastery: Inspecting, operating and maintaining plant, machinery, EWPs and gear so everything is always ready for action.

What You Bring to the Team

We’re looking for candidates who love the great outdoors, respect the power of safety, and bring genuine arborist grit to the team.

The Essentials:

- Industry Experience: Solid hands-on experience in arborist work, EWP operation or utility vegetation management.





- The Right Tickets: An MR Driver’s License (or higher) and reliable transport are a must.

- Physical Peak: You love a physical challenge and are ready to smash goals outdoors, rain or shine.

- Top-Tier Communication: Sharp verbal and interpersonal skills to keep site operations safe and the crew aligned.

The Golden Extras (Highly Desired):

- A Cert III in Arboriculture, EWP High Risk Work License or relevant chainsaws/chipper tickets (massive bonus points!).

- Prior experience navigating the unique world of utility vegetation management.

- A ready-to-learn attitude, willing to jump into network inductions and utility access training.
