About the Role

Working across large-scale subdivision and development projects, you'll lead a small team while remaining hands‑on in the delivery of commercial landscaping works. You'll be responsible for maintaining productivity, quality and safety on site while ensuring projects are completed to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise a small commercial landscaping crew
- Read and interpret landscape and construction plans
- Set out works using a laser level
- Complete hands‑on landscaping duties alongside the team




- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Coordinate with supervisors, subcontractors and other trades on site

What We're Looking For

To be successful, you will have:

- Previous experience as a Leading Hand in commercial landscaping
- Experience working on civil construction, subdivisions or land development projects
- Ability to confidently read and interpret construction and landscape plans
- Experience using laser levels for set‑out
- Strong practical landscaping skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A reliable work ethic with a strong commitment to safety

Desirable

- White Card
- Current Driver Licence and reliable transport
- Relevant machinery tickets or landscaping qualifications
