OB FARMS PTY LTD is looking for a strategic, commercially minded Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team in Yellingbo, regional Victoria.

This is a full-time position for an experienced professional capable of leading our commercial growth, driving market expansion, and coordinating all sales, marketing, and business development functions across our operations.

About the role

As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and executing the organisation's overall sales, marketing, and public relations strategies. You will work closely with senior leadership to build a market presence and oversee commercial performance.

Your duties will include:

- Formulating and implementing overall sales, marketing, advertising, and public relations policies and strategic plans

- Directing the development and execution of new product launches, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives

- Overseeing sales operations, including defining geographical sales territories, setting targets, and managing product mix

- Managing distribution policy and merchandising strategies, including coordinating sales personnel and external agents or distributors

- Establishing commercial arrangements, pricing frameworks, sales procedures, and credit terms

- Analysing market trends, competitor activity, and customer data to identify new growth opportunities





- Managing sales and marketing budgets and monitoring return on investment across promotional campaigns

About you

To be considered for this position, you should have:

- Relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline

- Proven experience in a Sales and Marketing Manager role

- Strong commercial acumen with experience setting pricing structures, commercial terms, and sales budgets

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- Analytical capability to evaluate market trends and define sales territories

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

- A proactive, results-driven, and team-oriented approach to leadership
