As eCommerce Trading Manager, you’ll be right at the centre of it, owning online trading performance, conversion and customer experience while helping shape how millions of customers experience one of Australia's most recognised retail brands.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of eCommerce & CRM, you’ll own the day-to-day commercial performance of Amart’s ecommerce website. This isn’t a paid media or platform ownership role. It’s about what happens once customers arrive: trading the website, lifting conversion, sharpening merchandising, running promotions and continually improving the online experience.

You’ll analyse performance, spot opportunities, work closely with Digital, Marketing, Buying and Customer Support, and lead one direct report, all while working with modern ecommerce platforms and AI-enabled merchandising inside one of Australia's biggest retail transformation programs.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Own daily online trading performance across the ecommerce website
- Lift conversion rate, average order value and overall commercial performance




- Run promotional campaigns and merchandising strategies
- Analyse customer behaviour using GA4, FullStory and Looker Studio
- Spot opportunities to improve customer experience and onsite performance
- Work closely with Digital, Marketing, Buying, Analytics and Customer Support
- Lead and develop one direct report
- Contribute to ongoing digital transformation and customer experience initiatives

Most importantly, you’re commercially curious. You enjoy understanding why performance moves, spotting opportunities in the data and turning insight into action that improves both the customer experience and commercial outcomes.

- Experience managing online trading or ecommerce performance
- Robust analytical skills with GA4 or similar reporting tools
- A customer-first mindset and commercial thinking
- Experience working across multiple business functions
- Previous leadership experience, or the ambition to step into it
- A proactive approach, genuinely focused on improving rather than maintaining
