Position Title: Project Coordinator
Business Unit: Airtight Solutions
Location: Seven Hills, NSW (office based)
Reports To: State Manager
Employment Type: Full-time

Airtight Solutions is now looking for a new Project Coordinator who is ready to step-up in their career. The Project Coordinator plays a key role in delivering successful client projects while contributing to a collaborative, connected and high-performing national team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Manage projects from concept and award through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors.

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts and resource requirements.

- Monitor project progress, costs, risks, quality and deliverables, proactively addressing issues and variations.

- Coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, logistics, installation and commissioning activities.

- Work with Sales and Business Development teams to support project scoping,



planning and successful handover from sales to delivery.

- Manage project financial performance, including budgets, cost control, forecasting and cash flow.

- Maintain strong client relationships and provide clear and timely project reporting.

- Ensure projects comply with contractual, technical, quality, WHS/OHS and environmental requirements.

- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure delivery meets project requirements and timelines.

- Engage with The Environmental Group's national teams and capabilities to support collaboration and integrated project delivery.

- Promote continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and a positive team culture aligned with One EGL, One Mission, One Team.

Key Skills and Competencies

- Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Business, Management or equivalent industry experience.

- Minimum five years' project management experience, preferably in an industrial, engineering, manufacturing, environmental or construction environment.

- Demonstrated experience managing projects from planning through to completion.

- Strong project planning, organisation, scheduling and financial management skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.





- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project budgets, costs and margins.

- Sound knowledge of WHS/OHS requirements and relevant industry standards.

- Commitment to quality, safety, environmental responsibility and continuous improvement.

- Ability to build solid client relationships and contribute effectively to a national team environment.

Compliance & Conduct

The Project Manager is expected to:

- Comply with all applicable legislation, regulations, standards, contractual requirements and company policies.

- Ensure all project activities meet WHS/OHS, environmental and quality requirements.

- Identify and proactively manage project risks, hazards, incidents and non-conformances.

- Maintain accurate project records, documentation, reporting and financial information.

- Protect confidential company, client, commercial and intellectual property information.

- Act with integrity, professionalism and accountability in all dealings with clients, employees, suppliers and stakeholders.

- Support a respectful, inclusive and collaborative workplace aligned with One EGL, One Mission, One Team.

- Promote continuous improvement and collaboration across Airtight Solutions and The Environmental Group's national portfolio.

- Undertake other reasonable duties as required to support the successful operation of Airtight Solutions and The Environmental Group.
