Casual shifts available within operational hours (7am ~ 5pm)

- Monday ~ Friday (occasional weekends offered)
- SHIFTS FROM: 7am, 8:30am starts)
- Offer of further training & growth
- LOCATION: Southgate, NSW 2460 (Clarence Valley region Northern NSW)

Pepe Saya Dairy Co. is recruiting for casual dairy processor production staff.

The positions will be within our milk processing facility on farm in Southgate, NSW (15 mins drive north of Grafton, NSW) and will be responsible for working to a daily production schedule in order to meet and full-fill our quota and orders. We have plans to further expand the range with natural pot set yoghurt.

Our milk facility is open from 7am when set up would take place in preparation for the day. Morning starts are integral to this position.

OVERVIEW OF POSITION

- Processing & pasteurising fresh milk
- bottling, labelling, boxing of milk
- Work to the daily production schedule
- Quality assurance,



products are to specifications
- Packing and boxing of products
- Storing of products - first in, first out inventory control
- Customer service for visitors on site
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Stock take of inventory
- Receipt of deliveries & pick ups
- Warehousing of stock
- Operation of walker, pallet jack, fork lift (training available)
- Maintaining a high level of hygiene & cleanliness
- Delivery driving and local errands
- Maintaining batch records, HACCP paperwork
- General maintenance and upkeep of production site
- Secure manual handling

REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in dairy processing or food production is ideal but not necessary. The role is hands on, so anyone who has done some form of production work will understand the process and work involved, so this helps.

Open to all candidates with valid working rights in Australia, including Working Holiday Visa holders.
