We’re looking for a dynamic, people-focused Customer Development Manager (CDM) to join our Townsville team. This role is focused on new business development, so if you love connecting with people and driving growth, this is your chance to shine.

You’ll be based in Currajong, servicing metro and surrounding areas, and work closely with a supportive Branch Manager who values a high-performing, fun, and collaborative team culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Drive growth of portfolio of clients across Townsville
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients




- Maintain a structured call cycle to meet targets
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to achieve growth goals
- Promote the full suite of Flick Pest and Hygiene services
- Keep accurate records of sales activity and performance
- Contribute to a success-driven team culture

What You’ll Bring

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B sales or account management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
- A proactive, self-starting attitude
- Professional, reliable, and personable approach
- Strong time management and planning skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRMs
