Light Years is seeking a Line Cook to run a section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are executed to standard while supporting junior staff and maintaining cost awareness.
Key responsibilities include executing dishes to recipe and presentation standards, leading service within your section, mentoring Commis Chefs, managing stock rotation and wastage, and upholding WHS and HACCP food safety standards. You will work collaboratively across the brigade to deliver high-quality service.
