Join a growing commercial construction business.

Central West Waterproofing is a leading commercial waterproofing contractor delivering projects across Newcastle, the Hunter, Sydney and the ACT. We work with many of Australia's leading builders on projects including high-rise apartments, commercial buildings, hospitals, schools, infrastructure and remedial works.

Due to continued growth, we're looking for an organised and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team and support the successful delivery of our projects.

About the Role

Working closely with our Project Managers and Site Managers, you'll play a key role in keeping projects organised, ensuring documentation is up to date, coordinating materials and supporting the day-to-day delivery of multiple construction projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in commercial construction with a company that is continuing to grow.

Your Responsibilities

- Support Project Managers with the delivery of multiple projects.
- Coordinate project documentation and maintain project files.
- Issue purchase orders and track material deliveries.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and builders.
- Schedule inspections, testing and site requirements.
- Prepare QA documentation, warranties and project handover documents.
- Assist with project programming and scheduling.
- Track project progress and update internal systems.
- Assist with processing variations and project administration.
- Ensure compliance documentation is current.

- Maintain transparent communication between the office and site teams.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- A confident communicator with a professional attitude.
- Proactive and able to solve problems independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word).
- Experience using construction software such as Buildxact, Procore, Hammertech or similar is desirable but not essential.
- Previous experience in construction, waterproofing, civil or building industries is preferred but not essential.

What We Offer

- Competitive salary based on experience.
- Opportunities for career progression into Project Management.
- Ongoing training and professional development.
- A supportive and collaborative team environment.
- Exposure to a wide range of commercial construction projects.
- Stable, full-time employment with a growing business.

Why Join Central West Waterproofing?

We're building more than waterproofing projects—we're building a team. We value reliability, accountability and a positive attitude, and we invest in people who want to grow with our business.

If you're looking for a role where you can develop your career, take ownership of your work and be part of an ambitious team, we'd love to hear from you.
