About the company

Our client is the Australian subsidiary of a significant, established, international fertiliser manufacturer. Its lean local operation supplies specialised products to horticulture, turf and professional garden markets, supported by international R&D;, manufacturing and technical capability.

About the role

Reporting to the Australian General Manager, you will expand customer coverage and deliver sustainable volume growth across the East Coast. This is a senior, hands‑on individual‑contributor role: influence comes through market credibility, customer relationships and clear commercial insight rather than staff leadership or strategy ownership.

Benefits

- $120,000-$140,000 base salary plus superannuation
- Ideally located in Brisbane or anywhere on the east coast
- Performance bonus and commission on additional sales
- Potential targeted remuneration above $160,000
- Company vehicle for work travel and travel expenses

Duties

Expand East Coast coverage across distributors, retailers,



growers and commercial customers Convert current opportunities and deepen established accounts Deliver agreed sales‑volume targets across specialised fertiliser products Shape decisions through forecasts, customer intelligence and concise risk reporting Represent the business through regular regional and interstate customer engagement

Skills & experience

Established standing and relationships within Australian agriculture Strong B2B business‑development record with large‑volume sales outcomes Practical agriculture, horticulture or agronomy market knowledge Independent field leadership and clear communication with senior or overseas management Fertiliser/agri‑input expertise and CRM forecasting experience are desirable
